We do not bill insurance, but we will provide documentation at your request, so that you may submit it for reimbursement. We do not guarantee any insurance reimbursement, as that must be discussed between you and your insurance provider.

What is included with your free repair or home watch estimate?

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. For larger projects, you will receive a written estimate with a breakdown of the cost, so that you can make the best decision for you and your property concerning your specific needs.

For handyman services, a verbal cost estimate will be shared with you, unless you request otherwise.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We strive to take care of our customers in a timely manner, all while upholding our craftsmanship & other services to the utmost professional quality.

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to discuss options and a new completion date. We strive to complete every project in a timely manner and to the customers satisfaction.
