We offer Residential Home Watch Inspection Packages & 1 Rental Property Management Inspection Package for you to choose from, to ensure that your specific needs are taken care of. We are happy to customize packages for customers when requested.

- External walk around the home; check doors, screens, and windows to make sure they are secure.
- Look for signs of vandalism
- Check for any evidence of unauthorized entry
- Look for any insect or rodent issues
- Check that garage is closed and secure
- Check room, chimney, & gutters for any obvious problems that need attention
- Pick up any mail or packages and put them inside
- Move garbage cans in/out if necessary
- Check that faucets and hoses are turned off
- Visual Inspection of any obvious rodent or pest problems
- Look for any weather-related problems such as fallen trees or branches, displaced patio furniture, etc.

- Key Management: store & release keys per your directions while you are away

- Walk through the inside of home, making sure all windows and doors are secured.
- Check that all lights are working; turn on/off as needed or requested
- Run faucets, showers, garbage disposals, flush toilets, checking for any leaks.
- Ensure that the refrigerator is working correctly
- Check breaker box for any tripped breakers
- Ensure all smoke detectors are working
- Check A/C and heater to ensure they are working properly and set to the correct temperature.
- Check furniture for damage, as requested
- Inventory Items & Furniture, as requested
- Complete a visual inspection of ceilings, walls & floors to ensure there are no active leaks
